This year Dana, uh, we decided to have a Halloween party and invite a lot of our “new” neighbors, some of my and Dana’s co-workers, and friends to come over for a little Halloween party.  This time it was costume-optional but I’m pleased to say quite a few people came dressed.  Unfortunately the party pictures stopped right as people started arriving as it got quite hectic.  We had the a candy corn hunt for the kids followed by a spooky movie [“Nightmare Before Christmas”].  For the older “kids” the arcade games in the basement were all up and running with lines in front of each. I’m happy to report there were no fights! :-)

    In all I think we had about 60-70 people come including a large contingent of kids. All in all Parker, Miranda, Dana and myself had a great time. 

    The last few pictures in this album are of Trick or Treat night.  Like previous years we had the house all lit up and decorated with various spooky items.  This year we had three fog machines setting the mood in the neighborhood for about 1/4 mile in each direction! It got pretty thick at times :-)   Money well spent.

    Dana and Jason took the kids around the ‘hood and both kids came back with more candy than they could carry!  Crazy.
